Subscriber Terms and Conditions

In these subscriber terms, we are Milk and Money Ltd, a limited liability company registered in England and Wales under company number 16025795 and have our registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ (Milk&Money, we, us, our). Milk&Money operates the website milkandmoney.co.uk (Website).

You are an individual who has chosen to pay to become a subscriber to our Milk&Money Premium subscription service (Subscriber), subject to these terms.

1.3 If we need to make more significant changes to the service or these terms, we will notify you in advance and you can then contact us to end the contract before the change takes effect in accordance with section 7.

3. Eligibility

3.1 You may only apply to become a Subscriber if you are a resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over.

3.2 If you are resident in the UK but not in England, then in applying to become a Subscriber, you are confirming that you understand that the tools developed by Milk&Money have been developed with the English taxation system and childcare funding arrangements in mind and have therefore been designed for users residing in England. You understand that the rules in place in the different territories of the UK will vary which will have an impact on the accuracy or relevance of the tools provided.

3.3 In applying to become a Subscriber, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you understand the limitations of the tools provided (as described in section 3.2).

4. Subscription Services

4.1 Milk&Money offers different Premium subscription tiers, each offering different benefits and access to different tools. Full details of the Premium subscription tiers can be found on the subscription pages of our Website (Subscription Services).

4.2 Full details of the Subscription Services that you have selected, will be explained to you during the checkout process and you can find this information in your Account.

5. Duration and pricing

5.1 The pricing structure for each tier of Subscription Services can be found on the subscription pages and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

5.2 Your membership as a Subscriber will commence on the date that we confirm your initial payment has been successful (Subscription Date) and shall continue for 12 months’ (the Subscription Period), unless and until terminated by either you or Milk&Money as set out in section 7 below.

6. Subscriber Account

6.1 You must treat the log-in details and password for your Account as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

6.2 We have the right to disable any log-in details or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of service.

6.3 If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your log-in details or password, you must promptly notify us at support@milkandmoney.co.uk.

6.4 We do not guarantee that our Website, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Website for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.

7. Termination

7.1 Milk&Money may suspend your subscription, including access to your Account, or cancel your subscription where:

10. General

10.1 We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend any provision of services to you where it becomes necessary to do so or where you breach these subscriber terms.

10.2 We can transfer our contract with you to another organisation. We will tell you if this happens, and you can end the contract if you are unhappy.

10.3 You cannot transfer your rights under these subscriber terms or your Account with us to anyone else.

10.4 No person, other than the named Subscriber, has any rights under or to enforce these terms.

10.5 If a court invalidates some of these terms, the rest will still apply.

10.6 Even if we delay enforcing rights, we can still enforce them later.

10.7 If our subscription service is delayed by an event outside our control, we will notify you and take steps to reduce the delay.

10.8 These subscriber terms are governed by English law. You can bring claims against us in the English courts or in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
