You have 14 days after the Subscription Date to change your mind and cancel. This is known as the "Cooling Off Period" If you use any of your Premium subscription benefits before the end of the Cooling Off Period, you acknowledge that the services purchased will be deemed to have been provided and you lose the right to cancel under section 7.2.
If you are entitled to cancel and change your mind during the Cooling Off Period, please contact us by emailing support@milkandmoney.co.uk.
Unless you have lost the right to cancel in accordance with section 7.2(a), we will refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days of you telling us that you have changed your mind. We will refund you by the method you used for payment. We do not charge a fee for the refund.
